Let me tell you about my stop smoking journey. I have tried everything under the moon to quit. patches, cold turkey, pills, gum, vapes/ no nicotine vapes, Nothing worked for me. I've smoked for the better part of my life and one day my little girl said " Mommy you stink!" It hurt to hear that. SoI was telling my aunt about quitting smoking, and she had laser light method done about six years ago and she hasn't smoked since then. I thought" What the hell, I 've tried everything else" So I went and had the treatment and it was painless and that day I gave my smokes to my Dr. and haven't picked up another smoke since and I was a two pack a day smoker!
